Spring Break

I have officially completed 6 quarters of grad school and have only 2 left!! Yeah! Last quarter I worked at Planned Parenthood and a great Peds clinic in Burien. Next quarter I am in Federal Way at an ER which I am really excited about.

More importantly, I had the day off today for the first time in what seems like forever. I didn't have to work, I didn't have school and I didn't have homework! Whoa!! Also, Dashel was on his way out of town on a West Coast tour so I had the house to myself and nothing to do!

This resulted in me going on a 10 mile run with my dear friend Katherine, returning home and eating my favorite dinner, scrambled eggs w/black beans, spinach, tomatoes and LOTS of hot sauce (cholula is the best. tobasco is disgusting.).

After that I watched King Corn while making a delicious chocolate sheet cake w/buttercream and peanut butter frosting which was completely unnecessary and quite the contradiction but SO FUN!

I finished up a few loads of laundry and even washed the sheets! Now, I am off to bed by 10! What a day!
