Best bread recipe ever!!

Have you heard of the book Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day? It's amazing. So far I have only made the basic bread recipe but it was SO easy and you don't have to knead it! Yeah! You can use the bread dough for naan or pizza as well!

We don't have a pizza stone (and really need one) or a broiling pan (which we also need) so I used a cast iron skillet and cookie sheet which worked just fine although it did warp the cookie sheet after about the 10th loaf so beware!
